Hootie---It's really ironic that you posted this b/c my hair has been doing the same thing. It's always been thick but soft and very shiny. I need a haircut and my split ends are making my hair look gross and it feels dryer than normal. I went to Wal Mart today and bought the V05 hot oil treatment
I'm going to try it tomorrow and I'll report back
