What would happen if every insurance company allowed you to provide benefits to whomever or you could let anyone visit you in a hospital?
What if all those benefits were provided to everyone?
Then what?
It's not an issue of benefits so I don't see why people keep bringing it up. If it were, it would be relatively easy to solve that one.
