highly doubt its a gang sign...pretty sure those guys are of greek affiliation. And I don't think gang members go to college or wear button up shirts and ties and attend professional after-work events lol!! My brother said the only Latin gangs out here of any significance is the Latin Kings and one or two others, and thats not their sign. And I even I know thats not a blood or crip sign lol.
