As for second generation: My cousin just had a baby. She came to Canada as a teen and her husband is CBC (Canadian Born Chinese). Their daughter's name is Caitlyn.
I don't think I've ever met an Asian Karen before. Amy is definitely popular. It's really annoying when they also have the same or similar last name as me (Chiang, Chang, Cheng, Chen, etc.) The other popular names I've seen are Grace, Cynthia, Anna/Annie, Janice, Josephine, Hannah, Connie, and Christine.
