I was the Panhellenic Scholarship Chair and I absolutely loved it! At University of Texas, the Exec positions of Panhellenic rotate through the sororities on campus (President, VP, Treasurer, and Secretary) so that every chapter has a chance of representation within the Panhellenic Council. The other Chair positions are elected from within the Panhellenic members, but these are limited to the representatives that don't already hold an Executive position.

Regardless, being on the Panhellenic Council was my personal favorite part of my involvement with Greek system. It was like being in a mini-sorority comprised of all the other Greek members. You spend so much time with each other, you make lasting friendships with all the other sorority members, and stereotypes or pre-conceived notions are thrown out the window! I highly recommend it to anyone who is thinking of getting involved, for those very reasons
