I'm curious about this, too. Who would actually be doing the recruitment on their end?
Seriously, has everyone in your sorority thought really hard about participating in this? I can't say that I would be too happy if they decided not to affiliate with my organization, but told us that we could rush. What would it do to your sisterhood if they only take some of you? What happens to the ones they don't take, or the ones who don't participate? I don't think that things would ever be the same for you again. Is it worth it?
That said, I will keep my fingers crossed, and wish you luck with whatever you do!
