Thats so funny. My friend and sister JEN is also Panhell secretary.
She loves it, but also complains about finding convenient times for everyone, etc and how they are not so effective as well. She does like everyone on it, and has a really good time. This year for formal rush each sorority is going to have a delegate from another sorority in the rush room. They are trying to prevent any "dirty" rushing.
It is a great way to meet people though, I was on Junior a few years ago and I made a lot of friends in other sororities.
