I posed the question, in part, to hear other ideas and view points because I'm totally on the fence with this one. This reminds me of the Cuban missile crisis in many ways. However, I get the impression that we don't have the military resources to retaliate and then deal with the possible fallout of that retaliation. I find myself thinking "If we weren't in Iraq...." But, we are, so we have to deal with that reality. CNN and the like are saying that North Korea has the 4th largest army in the world. I think we should let Japan and China lead this one, with some support from us. We can't fix the whole world. We don't have the money or the manpower. I don't think sanctions end up hurting the people who make these decisions. I think they end up hurting the people. There is definitely not an easy answer to this one.
