It does! I think Cali on the whole has the worst traffic. The Bay Area was just said in a study to be the worst place with traffic and longest commute time in the U.S. I've lived in SoCal for one month for many summers. The 405 SUCKS!! Takes you like an hour and a half to get somewhere which should only take 20 min!
Oh well, that's what we have to sacrifice for living in beautiful California
