Yo Ideal keep your head up, and trust you have weeks where you may have done everything that you were suppose to do but still gained...don't trip and don't fall off the wagon, and please watch that drinking...that is something that I really gave up once I made the decison to loose weight and keep it off.
I do drink sometimes, but not very often...but on the real...keep it up doing what you are doing, and you will get to where you want to be with your weight. It's true what they that you didn't put it on over night, so you can't take it off over night...for real keep you head up and keep following WW cuz it does work, and for real you will get there...I know you will.
