Once again we are clearly speculating on what happened and why Star decided to make her announcement early...Maybe she was just fed up with the whole scenario and was tired of fighting (as mentioned before, we don't know what went on behind closed doors)...

Basically what you are saying is that a boss should never hire a person that one of his workers doesn't get along with? It doesn't work that way. The boss is going to look for who does the best job. Not whether ONE person doesn't like them.

No what I am saying is, If I, being a woman of influence, were placed in a position where I would be working with someone I didn't care to much about and my supervisor knew about (depending on the relationship with my supervisor) then I would consider it a stab in the back by my...however, if I didn't have an open relationship with my supervisor and couldn't provide feedback, then maybe I wouldn't care...I just would work with the individual because #1 - it is the RIGHT thing to do! Of course, there are going to be people that you DON'T LIKE, but in STAR's case, to me it is just different! They would probably find things to DISAGREE about just because of the mere fact that they don't like each other...but again, here I am speculating!
