Just because Star and Rosie don't get along, isn't a good enough reason not to hire Rosie. Unfortunately that is society. You have to work with people you don't necessarily get along with. It's a fact of life. To me it sounds like Star had no intention of ever wanting to try to get along with Rosie.

Basically what you are saying is that a boss should never hire a person that one of his workers doesn't get along with? It doesn't work that way. The boss is going to look for who does the best job. Not whether ONE person doesn't like them.

Now, if Barbara, Joy and Elisabeth all came back and said "no we don't want her to work with us" it might have been a whole other issue, because it is not just one person saying "I can't work with this person" it is the whole cast.

But the only reports we have heard is Star not getting along with Rosie, which like I said, isn't a good enough reason.

Plus, from the sounds of it Star KNEW that her contract wasn't going to be renewed long before Rosie was hired. From, what I'm reading on this thread and what I'm understanding, it sounds like Star knew back in like April that her contract wasn't going to be renewed but Rosie wasn't hired until May.
