Well I just had my first experience being in charge of composites, and the Vantine reps I worked with were wonderful! They had me go over everything after they were finished to make sure that all names were spelled correctly, everyone was in the right place, and everything! Maybe different reps work differently, but seeing as how we've never had a problem with them and I had a great experience with them (they even gave me $10 off my personal portait package for "helping"... lol) I had no problem signing the contract for another year.
I'm sorry everyone else has had such a bad experience though...
