We are one of the few org.s that do not have an animal as a national symbol, but many chapters select one that is unique to the school. At U.Texas, the chapter's animal is a koala bear, and I have heard of another Alpha Chi chapter that uses an alligator!

Isn't Texas A&M's Alpha Chi mascot an alligator? We don't have a chapter mascot, but I've even seen some use an angel, holding a lyre, as a mascot...I've seen it on webpages.
