I've never seen any that specifically use the name of another organization (as is the case here), and in NPCville people wear any color or pattern they please so that wouldn't be an issue either. I see the shirts, think "wtf?", and keep on. Honestly though I have more problems with the shirts some of the men wear that are sexist and degrading to women. They are often very disgusting and offensive, and the last one I saw also had grammatical and spelling errors. In that case I didn't know if it was college students without a grasp of basic English that gave me a case of the vapors, or the way they described women's genitalia. Either way it was inappropriate for the event at hand.
Also, I think if just one person is wearing a shirt it is a different situation than if a whole group is wearing a shirt with the intent to diss. One person's poor judgment is obvious, but if done as a group I'd find it more questionable.
