This is exactly why I mentioned not joining with minimum numbers. Phi Sigma Rho might do well looking into it again when they've added even a few more chapters.
I'm sure it's on here somewhere...but does anyone know off hand which NPC has the least amount of chapters and how many that is?? I would doubt that anyone would want to join NPC unless they could at least match whoever and whatever # that is.
