In my opinion, it takes a strong minded, strong willed, strong bodied person to join any sorority/fraternity. Be proud of yourselves for what you have accomplished. All sororities and fraternities in my eyes should be viewed at a VERY high level. We all strived for something we love, and that's not easy. As for being rejected by other sororities and that's why you got into the sorority you're in now. . .whatever. Don't listen to those people. As bright and beautiful as we all are, and the strenght that we all obviously have, we joined what we wanted and none of us settle for second best. So if people look down their noses at you for what organization you joined, don't you worry about it. As for sorority hating sorority. That is a local thing, and is usually a fued that most people today don't remember the reason for. That happened on my campus. At one point in time, one sorority did something to another and today, nobody knows why they fued, but they "just do." I think it's kind of stupid myself, but I'm sure at one time, it might have been valid. If the same thing is happening on your campus, I urge you all to try to mend whatever fueds you have and work together.
