It's not that NPC doesn't favor women's colleges. It's that the adminstration of most women's colleges, and a few co-ed schools, are not in favor women's fraternities/sororities. The thought is that such organizations are not inclusive and divides loyalties and thus not in keeping with the missions of the schools.
