I prefer Christmas. When I attended Howard U. in '94, a friend of mine was making a cake and she was trying to put 'Merry Christmas' on top after she'd applied the icing. I asked her why she didn't use X-Mas b/c it was shorter, and she said that the X crosses Jesus out. That's why I don't like to say or write X-Mas, except for this thread.
