TexGal - since "Panhel" isn't really a word, I have no idea if the proper spelling would be "Panhel" or "Panhell" so I agree with you!

The hyphen, however, does change things. Pan
-Hellenic is the governing body for historically African-American sororities. Panhellenic, Panhell, Panhel (no hyphen) is for NPC sororities. Of course there aren't 14 historically African-American sororities so it was obvious what you meant anyway!
