I put a Halloween costume on Barney once, the first Halloween I had him. (It was a king costume from Target with a crown and a cape and fuzzy things to go around his ankles) He'd only been with me a few months at that point so I think he figured he needed to go along...now, however, he will not wear one. A bandana is the most he'll do.
