Yesterday evening, my husband and I were meeting some of his fraternity brothers for dinner. We parked at the Sheraton and were besieged by lots of lovely Delta women and their beaux. (I would say that I had never seen so much crimson/red in my life but that wouldn't be the truth. AOII's color is cardinal so I see red all the time!) I assume that it was the announcement tea for the New Orleans Alumnae's debutante cotillion. If this is the case then the girls looked stunning. I hope that the ball is just as gorgeous.

BTW, my favorite cousin is a beautiful Delta woman and I hope that her daughter gets a chance to be presented in a few years.
