Just to piggy back off of this comment, I really need some to explain to me why is it the females feel the need when they have a gut to let it climb from underneath their shirts & spill over their pants for everyone to have to look at?
A simple rule of thumb can prevent this embarressment on both of our parts. Simply get a shelf bra-cami, purchase one that is the same color as your outfit & wear it underneath your shirt, this prevents spillage issues.
I have gained some weight since graduating from college so I can understand that shirts get a little smaller, but I can't understand why they feel the need to squeeze themselve into outfits that are not flattering.
