There was a GREAT TV and Cop bar here in Denver a few years ago run by a woman named Shiloh. She was
allegedly a former "exotic dancer" or hooker who was befriended by some cops who helped her buy the bar. (probably an urban legend, but who knows?)
She was probably in her 50's when we used to go in there, and still highly sexy.
The place was called The Parlour.
