I don't watch the show (I don't get E!
) but I'm guessing if the wife is living next door, she knows what's going on (plus I'm sure she sees the newspaper and magazine articles about Hef and his girls). So I'm guessing Hef and the wife have an open relationship, and if that's the case, then that's their business. It may be weird and creepy to us, and so it's not for us. But they seem to have some kind of understanding, so it's not like Hef if running around behind her back and it's not like she is being deceived and hurt. Whatever works for them.
