I had posted on this thread earlier that I had ordered some jackets from Greek Concepts (before I knew about their issues).....needless to say, they f***** up my order
Not only did it take about 3 months to get them (they said it would take 3 WEEKS!!!), they put our letters on the wrong side of the jacket. I ordered the kangaroo pullover windbreakers and I wanted the letters to cover the pouch (and yes, I know this would mean the pouch would not be usable w/ the letters over it). Well they must have thought that what I wanted was wrong, so they put the letters on the back of the jacket!!! Um, if they thought what I wanted was wrong, why didn't they call me!!??
Well I'm planning on calling them on Monday to complain but I've decided to take my jackets to this greek store that I just found out about to get them fix them. I do not want to deal w/ GreekConcepts anymore....Lord only knows how long it will take to get the jackets back and fixed correctly if I send them back. But I will NEVER order from that place again.
Oh and Greek101 also sucks too! I've had problems w/ them before too. What's the deal w/ these greek stores!
