hmm, interesting article. Baltimore should not be on the list. Statistics & surveys are definitely misleading. I go to school in Bmore, so I see it first hand.

Just take a lovely drive down the street: block after block of boarded-up row houses, inadequate schools (Sheila Dixon--nope!), poor public transportation system, etc...there's more but too much to type.

Of course every city has good and bad qualities, but Bawlimer has a long way to go. There are nice areas/neighborhoods, but AAs don't generally live there...
