I have the book, it is too much!!! Madea is hilarious in writing as well, but the stuff in there is really helpful. It's not all "self-help-ish" it's more like a heart-to-heart with grandma. One of the sections in there really changed my whole outlook on life (I just happened to read it at a low point). I'm doing 1000% better since Madea set me on a new path. If you need a hand up or just a good laugh, the book will give you both.
