Oh, I loved that part. What he was saying was that speaking English slowly
doesn't help anyone who speaks a different language understand them. You know how some people (including some racers) act like if they just speak slowly enough, then anybody will understand them? Jeremy was just saying, "you know what, that doesn't work."
I thought that was funny since too many people really do seem to think that if they just talk slowly enough . . . .
