In the Midwest Alpha Phi Alpha gets a lot of respect because they are always throwing something positive on campus and they are all members of student goverment or presidents of a campus organizations.
Kappa Alpha Psi is also real popular in terms of throwing events and parties (and to be honest for looking so good
)
As far as sororities, Delta Sigma Theta and Alpha Kappa Alpha do a lot in terms of community service and involvement. I guess the top three in the Midwest, mainly Chicago is Alpha Phi Alpha, Alpha Kappa Alpha and Delta Sigma Theta.
