Examples: a friend of mine has told are other close friends that her and her bf, have done it in the deans office, in a elevator, grandmothers jacuzzi (whihc I just think is not cute, cuz its grandma's ya know), and etc. I had heard about it from them, and then when i asked her about it she got mad or embarassed about it and acted like she had to get off the phone. I dont get it. Or Im sure we have all know guys or girls who run off at the mouth about their little escapades and what they do to whomever, but get pissed when they start hearing stuff about them going around about them and have people talking about them. If your going to get mad...WHY SAY IT? Can someone answer that?

To answer your question, i think it might be because certain personal things are fine for people to mention themselves, but those things may not necessarily be fair game for someone elses general chitchat. I agree with you when you say ya get irked when they get pissed about you talking about something they already put out in the open but hey, people are just like that sometimes I guess.
