Hey everyone!
Well, the semester has ended and of course an update is due! lol. Anyway, I found out that there is life after sorority recruitment
Things have been great!
First, my college had campus-wide elections and I'm happy to say I was elected to the position of Senate. So I'll be Senator next year and I am very excited. What amazed me about this election is that I got the most votes for Senate, it was the highlight of my year!
Second, I joined a service club, Rotaract which is a subdivision of Rotary International. It's really fun and exciting and became good friends with all the members
Third, I became an assistant photo editor at my college's newspaper, a job I have been going for for 3 years and finally got it and really excited about.
Finally, I'm going to be Senior next year and make it the best year of my college career
Most of all, thank you to all of you for the advice, support and well wishes before, during and after sorority recruitment. I appreciate it very much and I am thankful for having the experience. Even though I was not placed, I learned so much about myself and celebrate myself too. Thank you again *hugs*
