it really depends with boots. most boots are cute, but if you a) can't walk in them
b) your calves are big
c) you have wide feet
this changes the cute factor up. but since you asked for ratings, ill give em.

5. B (also nice, will work with the right bag, and i feel like you can find a bag with that quilted-esque pattern)

7. D (lawd no! if you want to look like one of them Bronx chicks, ie. chicks who will buy any pair of shoes if they're on the $10 rack and make then w.o.r.k., regardless of how they look, then go for it. also, i think theyre more for teenagers)
