I can't imagine paying hundreds of dollars to ignore the advice of consultants you paid to give you advice. However, I can imagine Panhel doing exactly that at the campus I advise.
Hopefully it won't come to pass.
We're still pursuing the idea of getting an NPC consultant. This campus has a very sloppy recruitment and I am sincerely hoping that NPC consultants would come in and tell the women how and why to change that. Am I asking too much?
Glitter--did the NPC consultants give you any additional advice besides "release figures"?
