Considering that the Post Office is not allowed to receive funding from the government, and all the revenue is generated solely from postal fees, I don't really see the problem.
I bet they are losing revenue because of the increase in online banking and bill pay.
Considering how unfrequently I actually mail things, I don't mind a stamp increase.
