Here goes HC #50-11......
HC I haven't posted an HC in a looooooooooong time?
HC b/c I didn't really have anything to talk about?
HC now I got some things to talk about?
HC #1- I moved on April 1st? 
HC currently living w/ everyone except the devil and the devil's spawn?
HC said devil and his spawn are Daddy Dearest and Jr?
HC happy happy joy joy?
HC #2, I've completed a goal on my list of short-term goals?
HC I finished my real estate course?
HC now I have my weekends back and can sleep late?
HC I'll be taking the state exam on the 23rd of this month?
HC will be studying hard for that test?
HC passing is ESSENTIAL to achieving a part of my ultimate goal?
HC will be focusing on achieving other short term goals in the meantime?
HC I'm just so happy to tell all of my fellow GCers about my new developments?
