Politicians at greek houses, parties
my word, there were loads of enthusiastic greek politicos. Bob
Dole, a really neat guy, was a gung ho Kappa Sig. Governor Docking, father and son, Betas, Milton Eisenhower, SAE, Ronald
Reagan, Billy Tauzin, Frank Morrison, all Tekes, golly, each one of
you all could cite a politician who'd show up at his fraternity, and
would shake hands, mix, and ask for nary a vote. They were there to be with their brothers, nothing more.
Ignorant newspaper reporters (who say 'frat') invariably say the
negative. They do not make a decent living. Do not pledge J
school folks, or be damned selective at least. Biz majors pay their
bills, lawyers either pay or evade successfully, and reporters leave
town with judgements galore.
