I was at our 1998 Convention in AZ....I was 6 months pregnant and the 100 degree plus June heat was a bit much for me!!! But it was a nice time...plus I was carrying my little legacy with me!
I also attended our '04 Convention in San Antonio. We had a blast but overall I don't think the food was as good as it was at the Hilton, nor was our room as nice...we had this outrageous suite in AZ with a pool right outside our door. I will be one of 3 advisors attending in DC for my chapter and we are taking at least 4 actives. I'm really looking forward to the "break" from the daily grind again. We're driving, since it is only a 6 hour trip and we are saving enough on airfare to take extra delegates.
