So you mean to tell me if there was only one NPHC org on a campus they would not have the traditional NPHC council. I doubt that. All I am saying is MCGLO orgs deserve the same recognition and support system as the other sororities on campus.
It depends on what you mean by NPHC Council - the NPHC national rules call for a council to be established when there are at least two NPHC organizations on a campus or in a community, so by that rule the answer to your question would be NO. However, if the school has a NPHC Council which is really the Greek Affairs method of handling fraternities and sororities, it could be a different situation - in that case you aren't dealing with a bona fide NPHC affiliate council. The purpose of a NPHC council is to promote support and consistency amongst member organizations, why would one such organization need to support or be consistent with itself???
