I'm not new-org bashing, but starting a council with just your organization as a member misses the point. It's about accountability. I am an advisor to a collegiate Delta chapter and we advise them not to do functions with other organizations (greek or not) that do not have the same accountability/liability structure. It's not a segregation issue as much as it is an accountability and liability issue.
