I would say it is more to the overall mentality of college students that I believe AKA2D alluded to in either this thread, the Diss thread or Overstatement thread versus "the process."

There has been a serious decline in all of our orgs in terms of the makeup of the members because there is an overall decline in the quality of students entering college and subsequently pursuing memebership into a D9 org. For many members, the orgs are seen akin to clubs (represent your crew, clique) and not an org that has a deep and profound history. Which is why it is so commonplace for Student A to want to be an AKA in high school but get to college and see the Deltas step and want to be a Delta only because they step better (IN THAT STUDENT'S MIND and on that campus).

Our orgs are losing the Talented 10th and are now being populated by the Trifling 20.
