I'd rather see less chapters prosper, then more chapters remain mediocre. I know you also saw the rest of the statistics
GPA: 2.836 to 2.99
Growth: -2.9% to +13.9%
Advisors/Chapter: 1.95 to 3.82
Leadership Participants: 15 to 2925
