Leslie's right we have a lot of alumn too and there are a lot who are interested but there is a selection process entailed. With women who graduated from the same school as the chapter, there have been times that they are interested in helping out but more interested in "perserving chapter traditions" than follow EO rules. Then there are alumn who want to help out and underestimate the time commitment and are soon scared away. Everyone wants to help out but on their own time. I wish it was easier to find people!
