Not to do a mini-hijack, I'm obviously not in CA so I don't know how many alums are involved, but it seems that with so many alums there they would be able to find alums that WANT to be advisors, so that you aren't doing 2 other positions along with the 1 you're supposed to be doing! I mean that's just not fair to you. (end of my mini-hijack and rant
