International's website
I've just been to International's site because I couldn't find the website for my own local convention. I was surprised that International did not have an easily locatable link to all conventions. I'm a long-term user, and I couldn't find it.
Good luck--I think your idea of creating a website for your City Council is right on--that's how the younger people get information.
