Seriously though, I kind of like the rule. I guess it's kind of a respect issue. Seeing someone puffing on a cigarette isn't the most attractive thing in the world to a lot of people. This rule, no matter how crazy it seems, encourages our girls to not smoke so openly and, because of that, Delta Zeta isn't portrayed in a negative light.
