I've never been to a non-NPHC probate.....I don't think?
But it could go one of two ways:
Greeting all of the NPHC organizations by year of founding with the same intensity for each org, or
Greeting the same-gender orgs first, then giving the opposite-gender organizations more special greetings. The same gender orgs would get the same respect, and the opposite gender org would get slightly more.
To be honest, if this probate is on a campus where all of the organizations aren't represented AND you are a non-NPHC org, then I PERSONALLY wouldn't bother greeting anyone who wasn't there.
