Maybe you should think about talking to her one more time before you go to the authorities. There could be a reasonable explanation for her behavior. Perhaps you do suck as an advisor.
Or perhaps she's just a pathalogical liar. If that's the case, I say turn her in. ADPi is too good to be dragged down by bad advisors.
