Step 1: Go to US Department of Justice official website.
Step 2: Search for "Statistics"
Step 3: Use mouse to click on weblink that will show you full statistical breakdowns.
Step 4: Read

I didn't go anywhere else to any other outside sources besides those within this website. Figured that would eliminate some bias.

You could've easily solved this issue by providing a weblink to the publication.
