I guess the point I was making was missed.

I was saying that the youngest probably needs more sugar than the older two, not just sugar. Notice I said in addition to more veggies and protein. If your metabolism is faster than normal, even if it is just faster than the other two boys, he's going to need more food. I guess what I'm trying to say is that the same diet won't might not work for all family members.

Also, I don't like the fact that this show seems to be encouraging the general public to pass judgement on others. Not all overweight people eat like that. There are many genetic disorders and diseases that can cause childhood obesity that can't necessarily be handled with diets.
